Description
Nishi-Shuzo ABV: 40% Volume: 720 ml Bottling info: Sweet potato sochu aged for 7 years in refill sherry barrels. Tenshi no Yuwaki translates as Temptation of Angels: the angels’ share. Made using sweet potato from Koganesengan in Kagoshima Prefecture. Pale amber in colour with a subtle sweetness followed by characteristic notes of sweet potato. Gold Medal winner at the Tokyo Whisky and Spirits Competition in 2020, 2021 and 2022. Single distillation.
