Responsible retailing

Precious Liquors sells alcoholic beverages to adults only. Entering the shop requires an age confirmation, and at checkout the buyer makes a separate declaration that they are 18 or older.

How we verify age

1. An age gate on entry — we do not show the offer without confirmation.
2. A separate "I am 18 or older" consent at checkout; the order cannot be placed without it.
3. The courier may ask for ID on delivery and may refuse to hand over a parcel to a minor or an intoxicated person.
4. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe the buyer is under age we cancel the order and refund the payment in full.

What we do not do

• We do not target advertising at minors, and we do not use imagery suggesting that alcohol helps with study, work, sport or relationships.
• We make no medicinal claims about alcohol.
• We run no promotions encouraging high-volume consumption ("second litre free" and the like).
• We do not sell outside the European Union and the United Kingdom.
