Delivery and payment

Orders are picked and dispatched from our warehouse: Warsaw Duty Paid Warehouse — Precious Liquors Pte Ltd, ul. Kineskopowa 1, Celtic Park, Hala D, 05-500 Piaseczno, PL. Orders paid before 12:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; the rest go out on the next business day.

Cost and delivery time

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from when the order is placed. We e-mail the tracking number; the same number works on our order tracking page.

Countries we ship to

We ship to European Union countries and to the United Kingdom only. Excise duty and VAT are settled at our duty-paid warehouse before dispatch, so nothing is added on delivery. We do not ship alcoholic beverages outside that list, even where the buyer offers to collect in person.

Payment

• Przelewy24 (BLIK, card, instant transfer) — orders from Poland.
• Card payment (Stripe) — international orders.
• Bank transfer to the seller’s account — details are shown after checkout and sent by e-mail.

We hand the order to the warehouse once payment is credited. For bank transfers, please quote the order number as the payment reference — that is what links your payment to the parcel. Orders left unpaid for 7 days are cancelled and the stock reservation is released.

Sales documents

Every order gets a sales document. We issue a company invoice if you tick the box at checkout and give a VAT ID before placing the order — a VAT ID cannot be added to a document after the sale.
