These terms apply to the Corporal Wojtek online shop operating at /sklep/cw. By placing an order the buyer accepts these terms and the privacy policy.

§2. Orders

1. The contract of sale is concluded when the buyer receives an e-mail confirming the order and its number.
2. Prices in the shop include VAT and exclude delivery, which is shown in the cart before the order is confirmed.
3. Availability is stock on hand minus reservations. If an item nevertheless runs out we inform the buyer and refund the missing line.
4. The seller may refuse an order where the contact details are plainly false or where the order breaches these terms.

§3. Payment and delivery

Orders go to the warehouse once payment is credited; unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days. Free shipping from PLN 199.00.

§4. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason — an e-mail to hello@corporalwojtek.com is enough. Details, exclusions and the return address are on the "Returns and complaints" page.

§5. Complaints

The seller is liable for conformity of the goods for 2 years from delivery. Complaints are handled within 14 days of notification.

§6. Personal data

The data controller is the seller named in §1. Processing is described in the privacy policy.

§7. Final provisions

• Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law and consumer protection rules; that choice does not deprive a consumer of the protection of their country of habitual residence.
• Changes to these terms are not retroactive — an order is performed on the terms in force on the day it was placed.
• Consumers may use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
